Jacksonville Hit-and-Run Accident

A serious Hit-and-Run Accident sent a 13 year-old- to the hospital. The young girl's mother witnessed the accident. She watched in terror as a vehicle crashed into her daughter leaving her unconscious. The mother's account of the accident was published on Facebook and several media sites we are sharing with her permission hoping the irresponsible driver will be found. Donna Griffin's account of her daughter's accident below, "I NEED PRAYERS AND ANY INFORMATION TO HELP FIND THE PIECE OF S_ _ _ _ THAT HIT MY DAUGHTER BRIANNA RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND LEFT HER LAYING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!!
DETAILS: .... it happened at 12526 Agatite RD in mandarin at my moms.. we had went for dinner and me and todd were unloading the truck to leave Brianna Neal was standing on the side of the rd on her skateboard when a 4 door newer silver/gray smaller SUV coming FROM JULINGTON CREEK HEADED TOWARDS OLD ST. Augustine... there has to be damage to the front right of the vehicle!! Whoever hit her KNOWS because they hit the brakes more than once especially since I was screaming and waving my hands in the road... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME Or the authorities know because THIS is one of the MANY images of seeing my child hit by a car and laying lifeless in the dirt that will haunt me for the rest of my life!!!! Motorcylist Critically Injured in a Hit-and-Run Accident

A hit-and run driver left a critically injured motorcyclist Saturday morning on Old Middleburg Road. The accident occurred on the Westside of Jacksonville. The motorcyclist was heading North on Old Middleburg Road when the driver of an SUV attempted to make a turn from Memorial Park Road onto Old Middleburg. The SUV struck the motorcycle critically injuring the rider. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office the driver of the SUV left the scene but now the driver has been located. The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. The motorcyclist suffered a serious head injury. This was unfortunately not the only serious motorcycle accident in our area this weekend. According to the Governors Highway Traffic Association Florida ranked #1 in the number of motorcyclist fatalities. Please "Don't drive Distracted" "Look Twice Save A Life."

Jacksonville Motorcycle Accident -Semi- Truck Leaves the Scene

On Wednesday May 10th approximately 230 PM, Dillon Rybarczyk was in a motorcycle accident entering 295 North from Hwy 17 in Orange Park / Jacksonville FL. He was struck from behind by what the witnesses described as a red semi- tractor trailer with a white trailer, and was pushed into the SUV in front of him. He was then ejected into the lanes to the left. Witnesses said the semi then drove around him while lying in the lane and left the scene. FHP has collected information from the witnesses pertaining to the trucking company's name, and is currently conducting an investigation. If anyone has any information pertaining to this accident please message me or contact the Florida Highway Patrol. Dillon has suffered injuries from the accident and is recovering. Hit-and-Run Driver Leaves Teen to Die

St Augustine was the scene of a deadly pedestrian hit and run accident Monday night that claimed the life of Dalton Khun. A candlelight vigil was held last night to remember the 16 year old teen. Family and friends gathered to share stories about Dalton. Friends of Dalton held signs declaring, "Justice for Dalton." Sadly the driver did not call 911 and the youth did not receive any medical care .Dalton was found on the side of U.S. 312 near Plantation Island Parkway Tuesday morning. Police believe the vehicle was a 2003 to 2007 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra truck (or a similar model) The truck is reported to be missing a black side mirror and may have damage to the right side of the truck. Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident Kills Three

Fatal Hit-and-run accident on Jacksonville's Northside. The hit-and-run driver in the accident left three young adults to die at the scene.The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is requesting your help if you have any information. The fatal accident occurred around 2:04 a.m. on the morning of March 6th on Duval Station Road and North Main Street. The victims were all riding in a dark colored BMW when they were struck by a silver car possibly a late model Ford Fusion. The hit-and-run driver is believed to be a white male. A Good Samaritan at the scene pulled one of the victims from the car the other two passengers were ejected in the crash. Sadly, witnesses report the hit-and-run driver stopped briefly a few feet away from the wreck leaving two victims on the ground and the third victim in the BMW before he pulled away from the deadly scene heading north toward Jacksonville's airport. The victims are John Curtis Carlisle, Jr., 24 years old, Kyle Cassani, 23 years old and Alison Nicole Bushey she was only 21 years old. The young men were both from Yulee, Florida and Alison was from Fernandina Beach, Florida. If you have any information about this accident call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500. Jacksonville Deadly Hit-and-Run Accident

Jacksonville was the scene of a deadly Hit-and -Run accident Sunday around 2 a.m. that claimed three young lives. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office the accident occurred on Jacksonville's Northside on Duval Station Road near North Main Street. The three young adults that were killed were traveling west on Duval street in a BMW. The BMW hit a tree after it was struck by another vehicle that fled the scene and was engulfed in flames. The driver of the BMW Kyle Cassani, was a young father of a seven month old baby. His two friends that died in the crash were planning their future together and would have been engaged soon. The young woman Allison Bushey, was a student at University of North Florida. Curtis Carlisle the young man riding with Cassani was working full time and was a student at a local welding school. Carlisle leaves behind two children. Some friends and family members of the victims visited the scene trying to cope with their loss they marked the spot with a poster honoring the victims and sharing their deep felt loss. The vehicle that caused the accident fled the scene and has been identified as silver the front driver's side would have damages according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Investigators. While traffic fatalities have decreased in many major cities across the U.S. hit-and-run fatalities are on the rise nationally. Over 10% of our nation's crash fatalities involve a driver fleeing the scene. Drivers leaving the scene of a deadly accident are more likely to do so when drinking or driving on a suspended license. Hit-and- run drivers need to be held accountable when they are caught. We know that leaving a victim without medical care could make a big difference in the quality of life that victim may have in the future or even the difference between life and death.
